Ensure vehicle cleanliness and presentation by applying high-quality aesthetic techniques. Work with rigor and precision to offer a flawless finish, while respecting company standards.

Main Tasks:

Under the supervision of the Fixed Operations Director, the Aesthetic Associate will:

• Clean the interior of vehicles by vacuuming seats and carpets, and cleaning surfaces, windows, and plastics.
• Wash and dry the exterior of vehicles using appropriate techniques.
• Apply protective treatments such as waxing and leather/fabric protection.
• Inspect vehicles and report any anomalies or damage observed.
• Work in collaboration with the service and sales teams to meet client needs.
• Maintain equipment and ensure a clean and organized work environment.

Desired Profile:

We are looking for an involved person who is detail-oriented, with experience in automotive aesthetics and the ability to work well in a team. Capable of providing a neat and professional service, you contribute to customer satisfaction through efficiency and a sense of responsibility.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an aesthetic center.
• Polishing skills (an asset).
• Ability to create and cultivate trust.
• Natural interpersonal skills and positive energy.
• Reliability and meticulousness.
