What you can bring us:

Offer an exceptional client experience by warmly welcoming clients, collecting information about their vehicle, and ensuring rigorous follow-up throughout the process. Advise clients on maintenance and repairs while ensuring compliance with satisfaction standards and warranties.

Main Tasks:

Under the supervision of the Sales Director, the Evening Receptionist will:

• Answer incoming calls
• Welcome our guests (clients) and refer them to an advisor
• Route calls
• Receive clients who drop off their cars for the next day
• Explain service invoices and charge clients
• Produce receipts and collect payments for deliveries

Desired Profile:

We are looking for people passionate about human interaction and motivated to offer an exceptional client experience.

• 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Ability to establish and maintain a trusting relationship.
• Sharp customer service sense and commitment to excellence.
• Warm, communicative attitude and positive energy.
• Dynamism and proactive approach in executing tasks.
• Team spirit and strong collaboration ability.
• Effective stress management and ease working under pressure.
• Bilingualism (an asset).
• Familiarity with Reynolds software (an asset).
