What you can bring us:

With your dynamism, interpersonal skills, and concern for customer satisfaction, you will be a valuable asset to our team. Your key role as a Product Specialist will allow you to create a memorable experience for our clients, establishing a relationship of trust and guiding them from welcome, through file compliance management, all the way to vehicle delivery. Your ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with the team will contribute to maintaining the high level of service that makes our reputation. Your work will be rich and varied and will allow you to develop great versatility.

Main Tasks:

Under the supervision of the Sales Operations Director, the Product Specialist will, without being limited to:

• Welcome our guests (clients) and refer them to an advisor
• Respond to client requests by phone, email, and in person
• Produce receipts and collect payments for deliveries
• Have necessary documents signed during deliveries
• Explain the operation of vehicle accessories
• Perform various related tasks, such as vehicle registration and processing requests for IVZE and Roulez Vert programs, among others.
• Ensure rapid and effective communication with clients while offering quality service aimed at guaranteeing their satisfaction.
